Seattle Sounders MLS Cup Championship Ring

Designing this ring was so much fun. As soon as the match was over and Seattle had claimed victory, I knew what I wanted to put on the side of this ring. Goalkeeper Stefan Frei's iconic block of what should've been a goal, known as "The Save", was absolutely the play of the match and the season. It took several tries by my ring manufacturer to get it to where I wanted it.

Plated in 18k gold, this ring has a custom designed shield on the face of the ring. And, of course, the top of the ring is designed to look like the home of the Sounders, CenturyLink  Field (now known as Lumen Field). One side has the match details including the score, and the other side has "The Save". On the inner portion of the ring is the season record and the rally cry for Sounders fans, "Scarves Up!".
